Kristine Lambert is a seasoned attorney with thirty years of experience in all aspects of employment law, having represented both management and employees throughout her career. Her litigation practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and she frequently handles matters such as harassment investigations, non-compete agreements, EEO investigations, employment contracts, and separation agreements. Kristine also provides strategic counsel to employers on personnel policies, leave and disability management, termination, and other employment-related issues.
Beyond her legal practice, Kristine is actively involved in her community. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Law Center Association. Kristine recently concluded her term on the University of Florida Alumni Association Board of Directors and has previously served on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Portland. In addition, Kristine volunteered as a mentor and coach for the St. Mary’s Academy Mock Trial Team. She has also supported Portland’s public schools and the Oregon Women Lawyers in various roles.
Kristine attended the University of Florida College of Law, where she earned her degree with honors. During law school, she was an active member of Florida Blue Key, the James C. Adkins, Jr. Inns of Court, and the UF Trial Team. Kristine also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where she received the Dean Beaty Service Award and the President’s Outstanding Leadership Award in recognition to her service to the university.
