Kristine Lambert has over twenty years of experience representing clients in all aspects of employment law, handling cases and issues from both a management and employee perspective over the course of her career. Kristine's litigation practice emphasizes discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. Kristine routinely handles matters such as harassment investigations, disciplinary issues, non-compete agreements, EEO investigations, separation agreements and leave issues. She also counsels employers regarding personnel policies, leave, termination and other issues. Kristine has conducted numerous training programs before management groups on topics such as sexual harassment, retaliation, developing personnel policies, understanding leave laws and discrimination.
Kristine received her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law where she graduated with honors and was an active member of Florida Blue Key, the James C. Adkins, Jr. Inns of Court, and the UF Trial Team. Kristine also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and remains an active supporter of the University. She currently serves on the University of Florida Alumni Association Board of Directors. Kristine also spends time volunteering with the St. Mary’s Academy Mock Trial Team, and continues in her role as an adviser to the Girls on the Run Portland Metro Board of Directors, having recently concluded her service on the Board.
